This blog is devoted to education issues, local, state and federal. We will comment on a regular basis on those issues, and the focus of those comments will always be directed to school improvement and the importance of empowering parents with education choice. It is provided by Darrel Deide, Chairman of the Political Action Committee, Idahoans for Choice in Education. Darrel has been involved in Idaho public education for nearly 50 years having served as a teacher, principal and superintendent in Idaho Public Schools. He has also served three terms as a State Senator, serving as Vice-chairman of the Education committee and also served on the Joint Finance and Appropriations committee as well as other committee assignments.
